Religion is the attempt on the part of human beings
To establish a right relationship
Between themselves and something outside themselves.
Something they believe to be of life shaping importance.
In spite of the fact that the good news of Jesus Christ
Has been seen as a religion by outsiders
And has been sold as one by it's adherents
It is not a religion at all.
Rather, it is the announcement of the end of religion.
